Apologies
Yes... Unfortunately, there are more than one! November 15th,
2007
Dear Naturists, Time for another, and possibly final, update... There has been little progress over the past 12 months. In fact, the only change has been in a backward direction. Due to a number of personal matters, which I am unwilling to divulge at this point, I had no choice but to allow the trade mark objection with IP Australia to lapse. With the objection currently withdrawn, I cannot stop publication of any other magazine title masquerading as AS&H. Without final settlement of the trade mark issue I am also unable to progress publication of the real AS&H magazine any further... hence, it is still suspended. Apologies for the ongoing delays can no longer be made. I have been manipulated into the position that I currently find myself, possibly through my own stupidity, but still, here I am. And until such time as the myriad of disputes (both personal and business) are resolved, Australian Sun & Health must remain on hold. An apology I will make is to those genuine naturists who offered their support through what has been a very difficult time. And to the few who 'really put their neck out to help'... I am only too sorry that I have yet to meet your expectations. In the meantime I offer a small piece of advice to all genuine naturists (individuals and groups) and particularly commercial naturist businesses... be careful of whom you think you are dealing with, I would hate to see a number of genuine naturist businesses or organisations ruined because of who or what they associated themselves with. Until matters progress further, take care. Yours naturally, ... Rod Rod Tyldsley Editor - Australian Sun & Health Magazine November 29th, 2006 Dear Naturists, Unfortunately, issue 86 will not be released in December. Having contacted the distributors, Gordon & Gotch, I have been advised that they are not willing to distribute the magazine until all legal issues have been resolved. As a result, publishing of AS&H magazine is again suspended until further notice. I sincerely apologise for this, but trust you will understand that the magazine cannot go ahead if it cannot be distributed. At this stage the objection procedure with IP Australia regarding the ownership of the trade mark, Australian Sun & Health, is still progressing, but may be a number of months away from resolution - it is a rather slow process. Hopefully all will be sorted in time for next season. In the meantime, I again must sincerely thank everyone for their patience, understanding and support. Yours naturally, ... Rod Rod Tyldsley Editor - Australian Sun & Health Magazine September 27th, 2006 Dear Naturists, Please click here to read an "Important Notice" regarding counterfeit Australian Sun & Health magazines. Yours naturally, ... Rod Rod Tyldsley Editor - Australian Sun & Health Magazine September 15th, 2006 Dear Naturists, Further to the information below, the long awaited issue 86 of Australian Sun & Health magazine is now scheduled for production in December 2006. Additional information relating to the magazine will be published on this web site in the coming weeks. However, please be assured that this is 'THE' Australian Sun & Health magazine... it is not an imitation! In the meantime I must again sincerely thank everyone for their ongoing support and understanding. It truly is very much appreciated and, in truth, is the real driving force behind this magazine... thank you! Yours naturally, ... Rod Rod Tyldsley Editor - Australian Sun & Health Magazine August 1st, 2006 Publishing of Sun & Health magazine has been delayed... again!!! Unfortunately, issues surrounding publication of AS&H magazine are still unresolved and have therefore delayed production of the magazine further. However, I am very hopeful that current negotiations with the previous business partner will finalise within the next few weeks, allowing production of the magazine to finally resume after nearly 3 years. In the meantime, the next possible release date of AS&H is... December 2006, the Summer issue. I cannot apologise enough for the many 'broken promises' regarding the return of AS&H magazine, let alone this latest delay, and again ask that you please accept my sincere apologies and my assurance that I am doing everything possible to expedite the magazine back into production. Again, I must thank everyone for their ongoing support, patience and encouragement. In particular, I would like to thank the many people and organisations who continue to contribute to the streams of emails and letters. Though I am unable at this time to respond to all, they are very, very much appreciated. ... Rod Rod

Editor - Australian Sun & Health Magazine March 2006 Publishing of Sun & Health magazine has been delayed... again! It was announced on this web page (and also in the automated email response from 'editor@sunandhealth.com.au') that the magazine would be available in December 2005. This was later changed to early 2006. Unfortunately, issues surrounding publication of the magazine are still unresolved and have therefore delayed production of the magazine further. As a result, it has become necessary to change the release date of Sun & Health magazine to Spring (September) 2006. That said, I am still looking at ways of producing the magazine earlier (June/July 2006) - though it does not appear possible at this time. Please accept my sincere apology for this renewed delay and also allow me to take this opportunity to again thank everyone for their ongoing support and patience. In particular, I would like to thank the many people and organisations who contributed to the streams of emails and letters. Though I am unable at this time to respond to all, they are very, very much appreciated. On that note, I was recently made aware of a problem with our email service whereby emails were either being bounced back to the sender or were simply not received. This problem was due to a 'SPAM' filter on our server and has now been corrected. If you have sent an email to me that required a response and you did not get one, please resend the email. It was recently announced on this web page that the magazine would be available in December 2005. Unfortunately, unresolved legal matters have delayed production of the magazine, which is now tentatively scheduled for production in early 2006. Please accept my sincere apology for this delay and also allow me to take this opportunity to again thank everyone for their ongoing support and patience. Email facilities are now available, but response times could be extremely lengthy.
